Pixel 5a: Forgot Password or PIN? Let's Master Factory Reset! 

Nope, doesn't work,, I've done just that, and it still expects a PIN when trying to set it up with a new account (or it asks to login to the previous registered account)

Is there a way to reset the password without rebooting
