You can remove the blurriness from the eraser if you toggle on the 'Hard edge' option at the bottom of the Tool Options tab. It should then remove single pixels (or more depending on the brush size).

how can i upscale my Pixel art in Gimp if i want to make the artwork printable? (I am a complete beginner with both pixel art and GIMP so excuse me if that is a very stupid or obvious question)
you need to export it and take it to a resizer (the only reason you don't want to use gimps image resizer is that from my experience the image gets blurry) i would suggest "picresize". its a free site that allows you to choose a image that you have and change the specifics of the size and even the format of the image. just remember to click and choose custom on the size if you want exact pixels.
I know its been a few years but you can scale in gimp if you go image-> scale image and turn off interpolation to avoid the blurring effect. You'll have to scale it mathematically correct though
