Dude, I remember my roommate in college had a 360 and a copy of mass effect 2. I started playing it and after about 10 hours in, I was like, okay, I need to track down a copy and play Mass Effect 1 first so I can fully appreciate/experience ME2. To this day, Mass Effect 2 is still in my top 3 favorite games - but not to mention anything about ME3 though...
Great list, and you explained your connection to each game so well. I agree with almost all of them, but I would have to substitute one of them with GTA IV. That game was my high school years. So much nostalgia. It holds up surprisingly well through backwards compatibility. I just subbed and im gonna check out the rest of your channel!
Personally I haven't played beyond ME1 I hear amazing things about ME2 which makes me so sad to hear about how ME3 did...for me Dark Souls 1 is the greatest game of all time it was my first tattoo and I preach the gospel I wish everyone on the planet would complete it and do a lore dive it's so deep
The Mass Effect Legendary Edition they put out a few years ago is really good if you're curious to keep going with the story. Also I wouldn't say ME3 is bad but its not as good as 2 or 1 but its still a fun playthrough
@pixelpub3981 It's like how do you drop the ball on the finale so hard but it seems that happens alot look at Game of Thrones... but yea someday I'll play them all I think I have all of them but yea will probably replay them all back to back but like you said it's a tall order if you haven't play Odyssey Journey to the West and the Arkham series amazing games
@@kma4835 Oh man I love Arkham Asylum but I played it on the PS3 so I guess I didn't even think about it for this list. If we were talking about generations of consoles, the top 10 Arkham Asylum would be towards the top of the list
I've played the Halos and the Gears and they're great! They just didn't hit the greatness level of these other games for me. Also I never played Ninja Gaiden 2 other than the demo and it seem very well made, I just don't think they're for me.
