I know im randomly asking but does anybody know a tool to log back into an Instagram account..? I was stupid lost my account password. I love any help you can give me!
@Hugh Zev I really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and I'm trying it out now. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Really love these "stream of consciousness" videos you're doing. Gives a lot of insight into what you're paying attention to and why you're taking certain actions. Sooooo much better than just saying "put a dot here, then select color #483837, then put a line here." I can't stand those type, yours are awesome! Thanks!
"you're on the right track to understanding form" me who has been an artist for three years now and only got into pixelart a few weeks ago: I'm learning so fast
yes and no, don't wanna sound rude, but actually, like art, pixel art has some rules too, i mean, he's good but it has some mistakes... But seems like he's trying to do the more realistic he can, so i guess the rules wont apply there... whatever, yep, he's good if you're looking for a realistic style
This is amazing. I don't know why you don't have more views/subscribers. This is exactly the kind of tutorials I've been looking for for a long time. I'm a programmer mostly, but I've been trying to learn how to do good pixel art for my games. This is just the first video I've found of yours, but I'm sure I'll be watching most of them! Thanks!
Man all my life I wanted to learn how to draw and never achieved anything and abandoned. This time I'm making a little game for a programming project and I said "let's try pixel art to put into the game". I'm following your series and It's being amazing. This tips about lighting which may be very basic things are really making me understand light and It's being so fun. Thank you for sharing you've got a huge fan
I got this recommended to me on the recommendations tab, I'll throw a guess and say this video is going to blow up! Keep that great work your style is so cool btw! also may I request a video about drawing pixel art with different resolutions? Like 32x32 to something like 64x64 and above and which is more preferred for game development? Thanks!
Also, sorry to comment twice, but the way you explained the shading for the parts closer/further away from the light, that made alot of things 'click' for me, I actually understand a little more now.
Been following you for a while but I never watch your videos 'cause i get distracted, but everytime I do it's amazing how good you are explaining and how much of a moron I am for still feeling like I'm doing everything bad
If you use another other resolution other that 16x16, in this case. You will be using something called Mixels. Mixels are textures that mix various resolutions together. It never looks good. I.e. 128x128 Bed with a 16x32 pillow
@@PeterMilko OK tnx I'm learning 2 mutch now idk why but I wanna do multiple programming languages at 1 time I will just focus on art I'm pretty new in this and I will learn just c# I was busy with Linux php c c++ phyton html5 etc I just dk what to choose
Can we just create sprites in one document. As in items such as beds and non moving objects ? So we dont have to save every sprite seperately? Im new so thanks for the advice in advance
@@PeterMilko thank you. Also quick question. When doing the mock up do you add animation to it or do you not do a mock up and just draw the items directly. Also if you do a mock up do you seperate the items after?
now im no professional like you are, but i prefer not to ever use black for shading i prefer using a very dark colour to substitute black i think black creates too much contrast
Hey pixel Pete! Just wanted to let you know your thumbnail kind of looks like when you have already watched a video and the red bar is under it. I am on an iPhone. I was going to skip over it because it looked like I had watched it.
Hey your videos are great. Would you do one on how to make pixel art retro arcade game logos, like something Capcom would design, if that's your kinda thing 🤓
