Thanks for this informative video. I find it hard to apply my eye cream after using these patches as they leave a film from the gel, and therefore create a bit of a mess. Should I wait a few hours after using these patches before applying the eye cream, or will the film left from the gel patches stop the efficiency of the eye cream being absorbed? Appreciate your help, as I don’t want to be wasting my products if they’re not working properly. Thanks

I have EXTREMELY sensitive and dry skin. Which would u suggest would be least reactive?? Are any recommended for sensitive skin?? I am nearing the age of 35.

Im turning 33 this year, but I got fortifEYE home yesterday trying them now. I also started using 3 new products yesterday from Filorga and my eye area was abit irritadet this morning( i often need to make my eye area get used to new products, I get swollen and irritated easily there) But the patches do sting a little bit, maybe because my eye area was sensitive? still worth to try them on again in a couple of days to see if they still sting?

Dr. Anne, I am a recent subscriber to your channel and am enjoying and appreciate the information you provide. I ran across this earlier video as I was just checking out some Pixi products. I am 71 and have some undereye puffiness and was getting ready to purchase the FortifEYE one. But it seems that you're indicating the primary ingredient for puffiness is the caffeine. I have been using The Ordinary Caffeine product twice daily now for well over a month and I see absolutely no change from before or after use. In your opinion do you think I would probably be wasting time and money on the Pixi product? Is there something for undereye puffiness you recommend that is not dependent on caffeine? So I just started using Fortifeye in my morning routine, I didn't see retinol written with the ingredients. Does it really have retinol? Currently I'm home but once I start working, should I use it at night? Since retinol is advised to be used at nights and not in the mornings.
