My momma always made my brother's liked them with peppers and onions and pepperoni and a little sauce and cheese yummy. Thank you for sharing Ms Lidia have a blessed day stay safe and healthy. You are so right a cold glass of beer is nice once in a while. Mmmm. 😋😋😋🙏❤🙏❤🙏
Excellent video!! Lydia, we thank you. My Mother & I enjoy your show & your youtube channel so much 🙏 This is an amazinglyly simple food to prepare. Your tips are always helpful, especially the beverages. ❤
Funny stuff "when you're in the Kitchen you may not have every equipment" I have the equipment in my garage to MAKE the equipment I need for the Kitchen. The Tongs to open a Beer was IMPRESSIVE though. 😍
@@LidiaBastianich Thank you Lady. My Grandma would always bake without measurements. I was going to give that a shot. But I always add too much flour. I love you channel, by the way.
Meravigliosa! I will definitely make these. Your recipes are so wonderful. Mia nonna d'Abruzzo used to make a sweet Easter Bread stuffed with basket cheese, raisins, eggs and parsley. She called it scazelle sp? We aren't sure how to spell it and have searched high and low for the word. You called these pizza rolls scatccia? How do you spell this and what is the translation? Could they be related? Also, we visited your marketplace in Chicago and ate at the restaurant there and it was delicious. Mille grazie.
Wonderful. Me want right now. Yummo! When you say 'grated cheese', is Pecorino Romano a given? Or are there other Italian or other regions cheeses which you use for different recipes? (actually my name is Tony Salvatore and I live in Brecksville, OH.)
