funny thing is the beta version of this song actually had that exact voice clip before they decided it was safer to remove voice clips of wario from the game.
@@huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhn I think he only said that because he heard the ticking noise, which is from the Wario Land 4 escape theme, which is called “Hurry Up!” and is always preceded by a voice clip of Wario telling the player to, well, hurry up.
Can we talk about how impressive it is that Jared, with this wackier-than ordinary song, he PERFECTLY cuts the beat right when it switches at 1:41 and 2:51? Maybe it's just reflexes, or maybe Jared has insane music theory calculations running through his head, but I was really taken aback at how he seemingly knew to stop despite obviously never having heard this before.
Dude, thank you so much for unabashedly and passionately just... enjoying a thing! I feel like so many people restrain themselves in their reactions for fear of acting "cringe" or something, but it's so much more fun to pop the hell off like you've done so excellently here! We all should aspire for such unrestrained hype!
As a person whos trying to p-rank john gutter right now, this song simbolises "hurry the fuck up to the second lap or you will lose your combo you bitch"
Definition of "It's time to go!" This game is such a gem and love letter to Wario Land. Edit: man, this doing numbers. Wasn't expecting it but much appreciated.
@Davi Lima for the record, jerod did actually comment on one of those saying it was fine but maybe don't, so chances are if any new covers come out they'll be here first

Grammar police here: you left an apostrophe in the sentence “well”, changing the meaning of the sentence. This is a minor offense so only a warning is warranted.
@@Akispark I literally just commented this to prove to my partner that generic comments like this always get top comment when they're posted early, so it's genuinely just an experiment lmao
And down goes Pillar John. You get the feeling that your objective in this part of the Tower is done, as you can hear *and feel* the location shaking beneath your feet. You proceed to dash out of the room with hot feet and a yellow barrier in front, feeling the adrenaline you need for the not-so-rare-anymore occasion on your job... *It's Pizza Time.*
I love how even Jerod struggles to sight read this track with its wacky, all-over-the-place panic vibes lmao, and even so he still manages to just slay it once he gets a feel for it. Also, little fun fact, this song has come a _long_ way since the old demo versions of the game. It used to just be around two minutes long and didn't have all the crazy guitar parts. They made it a lot more chaotic and I kinda love that lol
I've rewatched your Pizza Tower covers a bunch of times by now, specially the blind covers like this one! Still can't believe it's been over a year since Pizza Tower came out... (I mean, I WAS a bit late to it, but still)
“It’s Pizza Time” is the signal of Italians. (Also because of me being stupid I almost called them “Italions” and now that image of Italian Lions is in my head)
This was amazing. I love the OST from this game! I seriously hope to see more highlights from you playing OSTs from Pizza Tower. My favorites are Bite the Crust, Way of the Pig, Extraterrestial Wahwahs, The Death I Deservioli, Thousand March, Tubular Trash Zone and Unexpectancy (all parts).
The entire Pizza Tower soundtrack is full of bangers (well, some of them are calmer, like Mort's Farm, the first theme for the level "Fun Farm", but they're all excellent)! I hope you also upload the times you drummed to The Death That I Deservioli, Bye Bye There, and Unexpectancy, too!
I am now playing this video every SINGLE time i order pizza for now on, no buts!! I'M doing it! congratulations my friend, you've earned my subscription
There’s nothing quite like the pizza tower ost, it was a lot of fun seeing him play it. I hope to see more, compared to some other songs this song is FAR from the best
That's how you know you're a badass drummer the way you played you would think you know this song like the back of your hand but no you feeling the music and playing it flawlessly hats off to you dude music is freaking powerful
It's from a game that was heavily inspired by Warioland 4, and this music plays during a time sequence(same sequence at the end of all WL4 stages) so it ramping up during the last minute, and even the ticking at the end is meant for that. It's a game with a stupid plot, terrible graphics, wacky music, and oddly amazing gameplay. Well worth it.
