westcraft15.gi... Original File Name: ptsd keys the full one.mp4 Category: Tutorials ======================================== what are you running from?
oh yeah actually, one thing that should probably be added to the help section is the different fake key locations since they can be confounding for new hunters
this whole thing sounds exactly like trying to find the new ultra colossal god omnipresent multisemisubbeing antimaxualsubspacial demoncoristlorductivearg chomik in find the chomiks
Hey so uhh… I’m on key 24 and trying to get 25, is there a way to respawn Fake Peppino. Cause like, I did all the steps I just mixed up key 25 and 26 instructions, then I couldn’t go through the wall and went back to check the instructions again just to see a disclaimer telling me that I HAVE to make sure I pick up the key.
very good video! honestly really wish something like this already existed when i did the key hunt, the text based guide can be a bit confusing to follow if you accidentally do something out of order hehe ///key hunt spoilers below/// anyhow, I'm still just. not entirely sure what they were cooking with this entire challenge tbh. even with a guide it's just a miserable & frustrating experience accented by a fucking *joke* reward of all things. 90% of keys are based around either slamming into a random goddamn walls or happening to get lucky, which sucks away any fun that could be had and turns it into boring, tedious, & overly long fetch quest. I'm genuinely unsure how someone would complete this entire gauntlet without a guide due to most keys either being in incrediblely contrived spots or having borderline unhinged methods of being obtained. Like really what were the scoutdigo crowd cookin' with this one 😭
the full story, as i understand it, goes like this: the key hunt was an arg at one point. clues would occasionally show up in the original document. it was designed to be a challenge on purpose. people searched for clues and keys in every nook and cranny, and i think it took quite a while to decipher everything. but at some point (this is where im less sure) someone cheated, devs got mad and made gpb a joke boss as punishment, then everyone else got mad because all they had worked for was ruined by that one guy. and now we're here, where what was once a community effort to solve an arg has been reduced to a single channel where people ask redundant questions despite having multiple tutorials at their disposal. all of that time and effort from devs and community members has gone to waste, and the key hunt is now a shell of its former self. so yes, everything is contrived and arbitrary, but its because it was never meant to be a one man effort. and the payoff sucks because one bad apple spoiled the bunch. heres hoping v2 gives us another shot.
@@WestCraft15sMemeDump oh well that actually explains a lot, thanks! Here's to hope that v2 both makes gpb an actual boss battle and the key hunt more fun 🥂
@@BellHopping Hopefully in v2 the devs put some triggers around that only activate when you actually get the keys, and if even one of them wasn't activated it will just give you a joke boss, that seems like a good anti-cheating method
@@fedethegreat88 i dont think thats what happened, they most likely used utmt to find the keys without any effort, skipping the entire arg and the whole "community effort" thing
really funny how the crust cove key spot is where pizza tower guy can be found in the full game. its a great tonal misunderstanding of the game on the scoutdigo team's part lmao
what do you mean by tonal misunderstanding exactly? i'm not trying to disagree with you here btw, i haven't even played the scoutdigo mod at all in fact and i'm genuinely curious
@@yeetlejuice7181 i dunno, basically its like pizza tower is this kind of super duper goofy game by all means at first (there is alot to read into characterization though) but like, i dunno. its just really weird how scoutdigo kinda like put all this weirdly cryptic stuff into a game like this ? like it just isn't really easy to take it all seriously when right next to the void-like creature is a goofy italian man taunting im not saying i dont like the idea completely, i think putting side secrets in a level is cool and all- i just find it super weird how they went with a pretty contrasting kinda serious side story instead of something also kinda goofy that compliments pizza tower's already set tone (and yes, there IS dont make a sound and fake peppino in general but again those already have that layer of goofiness like the rest of pizza tower unlike ol' golden pizzaboy here)
@@mushroomsalad5525 ahhh i see i see ngl i totally agree, secrets and mystery are fun but in a game like this it feels out of place to put something that clearly takes itself super seriously. there's a total mismatch there. its like if you tried putting hollow knight in looney tunes for example, it jsut doesn't work. also i definitely agree with how even the 'creepy' parts of pizza tower have this layer of goofiness to it. if anything i would say that don't make a sound is actually INCREDIBLY goofy because the game plays it so seriously that it loops all the way back around to being comically overdramatic. case in point, stuff like how nefarious the music sounds or the song name "a secret you don't want to find". it makes it sound like this level holds the True Evil(tm) within this tower... when really it's just a dumb fnaf spoof that ends with you shooting the animatronics with a shotgun, which is fucking hilarious to me
@@mushroomsalad5525 Scoutdigo is already a tonal mishmash of aleatory content, especially the bonus areas. Consider this: Most of the secret rooms make no sense. Why 1-1 from Super Mario Bros.? Why a washing room with a single grabbable object taken from Dragon's Lair? What do the Green Room, or the Wrong Mod room have to do with anything related to Pizza Tower? It is reminiscent of those RPGMaker games where they add dozens of insane bonus content that doesn't fit. Now, I personally dislike this, but it is what it is. As for GPB, ignoring the ruined ARG, I think it's meant to be a parody of the FNaF 3 Good Ending. You have the black rooms which act as sort of "broken game areas", GPB himself is an obvious satire of Golden Freddy/Yellowbear, and the dark themeing around the boss is similar to a creepypasta. The biggest issue is not the tonal inconsistency within Pizza Tower itself, but rather how the ARG is structured in the first place: Why is one of the key pieces in 1-1 in the Snick Convention Centre? Why is one of them in Pepperman's door? These silly rooms contrast heavily with the darker theme of GPB and hurt the ARG. The correct thing to do would have been to add different, unrelated secrets to the normal rooms (For instance, maybe adding a Snick's Challenge mode to the SAGE Demo area) and then creating different, scarier secret rooms where keys lie.
I have a stupid question. Why on earth is Fake Peppino not spawning consistently after I talk to GPB about "someone who is similar"? Is it just because I am very unlucky or.. is it that I encountered Fake Peppino a bunch of times before and it's saved in the quest?
@@WestCraft15sMemeDump Wait, I forgot to tell you something. I have 34 key pieces right now AND attempting to do Key 20. Have I gone too far to the point where I can't get Fake Peppino to spawn?
@@WestCraft15sMemeDump Okay!.. Uhm, I'm really sorry but I'm just that curious.. Do I have to chase him when he is spawned or just find him and THEN I go to the next floor?
is there a way to optimize DMAS? like my PC is not that bad but for some reason when the animatronics are activated - it lags badly, even when I close all of the processes.
@@barbarawisniewska8515you know its a rumor when you start off with "i heard" also in the joke scoutdigo 2.0 that was released about 4 months ago, golden pizzaboy became an actual boss.
Key 35 is making me go insane. Whenever I wait on the Sausage Monster, and jump back down, I get caught, causing the room to get reset. I then tried to resort to noclip, but no such thing exists apparently. I then resorted to the "removekeypiece" command, but.. I DON'T KNOW HOW IT WORKS. I'm basically just stuck.
where tf is champion's road edit: i figured it out gotta p rank TCTOP again edit 2: I HATE THIS P RANK IT USED TO BE SO EASY NOW IT'S A BOATLOAD OF BOMBS AND ENEMIES
The pain and agony in this video with convoluted secret areas and RNG is exactly why games can last forever, but game mods can die and be forgotten. No one wants to do all this just to receive a stupid prize at the end, but since these mods are made by Pizza Tower _fans_ I’m not surprised it sucks.
i don`t have the mod yet i watched the whole video, i appreciate your work neither way, also is the gpb fight unfinished or they made it on purpose like that
When I try to get key 16 or 23, they don’t show, it might be a: I collected them already and I’m stupid or b: I haven’t talked to gpb enough or c: wait for the guy to respond to give me the link to the website that makes a bit of sense but not really
50% my ass. ive been stuck on the fake peppino key for so long. resetted twice and yet he never shows up on floor 5. i follows the guide step by step and he never appeared.
@@WestCraft15sMemeDump yes. i talked to gpb multiple times, got the someone similar to you dialogue twice/thrice, checked several times on floor 5, and he didnt show up
its kinda easier to just become vigalante sometimes because he can float if he spams the shoot and he can instantly break metal blocks with the dynamite, making the floor 4 one easier, so you dont actually have to even mach run, just get up that high using the fan then spam shoot to float and throw your dynamite. it'll put the hole in the wall where you can grab the key piece
