@@Xeno-phonicNo, noise is meant to be a cheater who breaks the rules, that's the whole reason he skips and changes so many mechanics to straight up be easier
Random tidbit about The Noise that I learned, if you press the attack/grab dash button while doing the drill attack, you’ll automatically enter a mach slide (crouching mach run) in the direction you’re holding, skipping the little “spin bounce” you usually do when you exit the drill attack. It helps with maintaining speed, as you can dive/drill without having a short slow stint or bouncing up a little bit. Just be aware that it’s a bit inconsistent when moving down a slope, you might have to spam grab a bit.
@@ThatSlimeDude the outfit is called "boise" which is similar to the Doise, but the cape is brown instead of pink and the skin color is that of the regular noise.
Hey a high score run! That’s cool, I didn’t know people tried these for this game. I know the game itself doesn’t care about the score too much compared to the ranks but I love when people actually try to use it. More gamers should go for high score runs again!
People pretty much only run this level from what I’ve seen, because there’s no point draining from the escape sequence there’s an easily defined “max score” you can get. I believe the same MAY be true for “WAR”, I forget if that level has point drain or not however it’s overall much shorter and easier to pull off than this is so I wouldn’t be surprised if not many care to go for it.
@@DoomerSlice very fair, but the point drain I think would make for a fun high score chase in the normal levels. Going as fast and optimally as possible sounds like a fun arcadey challenge, since your route has to be optimized to deciding what to skip or what to grab to see if any point gain outweighs the drain.
@@DoomerSliceThis is true for WAR as well. The OP and I both upload Highscore (and Max Score) runs on both of our channels (no affiliation between Double trouble and I lol, just letting you know).
@@mistermamamiaI always make sure to note the time on my runs for this reason, even in levels with and without point drain. Grabbing points is pretty much always preferable to skipping over to save time as far as I'm aware.
at the time of posting this i feel like you're one of the few people i've seen (emphasis on i've seen) who has a really good grasp on the noise's movement so far, esp because of the way you took advantage of the infinite crusher jump trick. very good stuff
I feel that after playing all of floor one and watching a couple of vids, I have gotten really good at the noise's moveset. The nice thing about knowing how to manipulate save data is that you're able to unlock everything right off the bat and you're able to just be able to roam free and do whatever you like (as I have done so I can play pizzascare, for instance, asap without having to play the majority of the game in order to do so)
7:12 Here’s a question: Why the hell are there toppings up there? There’s no reason anyone would think to go up there in a secret, especially when most people are in the secrets for P-Ranks and can’t afford to waste time.
I looked on lots of videos but I didn’t see anyone telling how to get into the secrets of the world room Could someone please tell me? Is probably a stupid question but I still can’t find the answer
