Fun fact: The screen was originally meant for when final judgements were permanent and had to use another save file or delete the respective save file.
This is just an softlock screen. This will appear if you will gonna be in a situation where you can't do anything really. Even the code says everything
Yes, it was supposed to be used for each files that already has its 'Final Judgment', so in order to get a new one, you need to 'try a new save file', but it ultimately became unused. Glad the devs didn't fully abandon it, but it's still scary as heck, lol.
Not everyone knows, but this screen was used so that the player would not try to replay the save on Judgment better, something like was written: Jungement is fixed, please try another save.
The switch version also works, but it resets the game and once loaded again, no sound… The only way to fix this is you have to close the game and reopen it 😐😐😐
the point of this screen is to stop you from using ghost transformation in the hub because there'd be no way to return to normal afterwards. simply going back up the wall as normal Peppino exits the level like normal
this does happen, and it crashes the game after a few seconds. The image was from an unused feature for a peppino judgement screen when you had already been judged and it would tell you to make a new save file for a different judgement.
does the game automatically close? when i did it i froze in fear before panicing attempting to press any button to stop it and i just alt f4'd out of fear.
