For the palette it is simple, with undertalemodtool in the sprites section search (in the case of peppino) "peppalette" export the image and modify it with some pixel art program, when you are done, go back to undertalemodtool and import the palette that you made sprites are a bit complicated and I think I could make a video about it

​@@SillyIsSilly​ abre el data. win del pizza tower, una ves que termine de cargar ve a Scripts (esta arriba a la isquierda) > Resouce Repackers > ImportGraphics. csx, hay elige la carpeta donde esta los sprites, ten cuidado porque si hay otras imágenes el UMT pondrá esas imágenes también, asique as un carpeta con solo los sprites, si estas remplazando asegurate que tengan el nombre correctamente, y listo
