There's an unofficial Pizzicato Five compilation (? I guess you could call it) channel on here by the name of ピチカートマナア and one of the videos on there has the music video in full right at the end! Unfortunately without vocals, but it's at least the visuals. I forget which video exactly, but all of their videos are great to skim through, too
