"To Bring You My Love" was really the breakthrough album by Polly Jean Harvey. The london singer-songwriter release a few singles from this album that get a lot of airing on radio and TV at this period. "Down by The Water", were the first one, and the most successful "C'mon Billy" and "Send His Love to Me" followed.
