Now that was a clinical trial, as for Spinich, long-distance runners have lower inflammation markers after spinach, just like when they tested tart cherry juice or purple grape. So guess what? If your going to do a heavy day of physical work listen to Nino and eat this!! :)

This dish does not need an onion ,so the Georgian never do that its mistake,try without onion
