Don't worry, you won't be feeling like that for too long 🤣 I was 15 when this interview came out and I was feeling so young, time passed so quickly, it's as if it was yesterday 🤣 after you hit 18 of age the years feel like moments flying by. Enjoy your teenage years, because in a blink you'll be almost 30 and it all gets 'better' from there🤣
I don't really think it's the dress he hates, I think it's that whole little 'persona' he viewed himself as having, this outrageous little person he saw himself becoming. (Don't get me wrong, I love it.) But I think if you hold a mirror up to yourself for long enough you start to hate it and I think that is what is going on. In more recent interviews he seems less bothered by things like that. But in this period of time I think he really hated the person he was back then. So I don't think it's really the dress he hates, but what that dress meant to him.
@Shinkinlyd I think he realized something deeper about his ways that no one else will really ever guess; how insecure he was and how blatantly it was published for everyone to see. But most people will interpret or call it out with the word "cute."

I do t understand them being embarassed about how they used to look and sound, especially when a musical genius such as David bowie loved them so much he allowed em to tour with him.. old placebo was raw and edgy. their heads seem to have gotten too big.
I wish Brian wouldn't beat up on his earlier self. I love his earlier self so much, I hate to see him be so mean to him. Early Brian needs love just like the rest of him. xx

I find this kind of sad. I read a rather old interview a few days ago, in which Brian states he finds it unfair men had less liberties than women in regard to what they can wear and what they can't. Here he finds it embarassing if a man wears a dress? Quite the hypocrite. I'm not saying people aren't allowed to change their opinions, but this was really something I admired him for. I love Placebo. But the more interviews I see, the less I like Brian.
Brian: 'Am I wearing a fucking dress? (Yes) Ah, shit.' Me: Why are you mad though? You're beautiful! Edit: Yes, I love Brian, just like everyone else. Edit #2: I just love the way he panics over the fact that he wore a dress.
