Is Stefan saying "relax" or "Blood"? Cuz all the lyrics I've seen say blood, but on all the live videos it looks and sounds like relax.

Incredibly cool song, but I've never heard it before! And I thought I had every single Placebo album in my collection. Does anyone know where it's from? I've downloaded all of their albums (not the best way to do it, but I'm broke and I love Placebo), did I miss this particular song or what?
