Wooww nice video better than mine, it took me hell lots of effort to film archbar, this one's really good for camera angle, editing everything👌but in patient this way will be very very difficult

Lots of thanks for the review...yeah in patient it is a different scenario all together ...but if students practice the basics nicely they can themselves improvise in different practical situation

Very brilliant video. I do have a question.. Could u please elaborate about traction method in which a single wire is passed across the arch bar and little traction applied to move the segment forward? And the other thing is do we need to reduce the fracture segment at last after passing all the wires?

@@nilofarnoor1820 yes before tightening it is imperative that you reduce the fracture fragments and also put the arches in occlusion.the tightening is done towards the midline to maintain the reduction.regarding your first question are you talking about Essigs wiring...because only in that type of wiring we loop single wire around the whole arch .but practically its difficult to achieve..let me kno...

@@sreearoy6404 thank you sreea. Actually sometimes our senior colleagues says to move the isolated fracture segment a little forward apply traction by passing a single wire through an arch bar and pulling arch bar slightly forward.

@@AnantshalaTech mine was done before trauma. I had jaw surgery but before going in for double jaw surgery I had to get this done. It’s was probably the most painful part of the entire orthodontics process.
