Plain trolly assembly method
STEP.01
The trolleys in the first semi-assembled state are easily divided and aligned.
STEP.02
Insert one side of the STAY into the bracket and tighten the FIX BOLT using a tool.
STEP.03
After measuring the beam width, check the number of ADJUST WASHERS required corresponding to the beam flange width.
STEP.04
Insert ADJUST WASHERS, RING, CENTER PLATE, RING, and ADJUST WASHERS in order into STAY
STEP.05
After placing the trolley on the beam and adjusting it to fit the beam width, fully tighten the U-NUT using a tool.
Precautions.
1. When inserting the ADJUSTING WASHER, the same number of ADJUSTING WASHERS should be
applied on both sides.
2. As shown in the image above, do not insert the FIX BOLT on the outer area of the side plate.
