Hey Flexy do you think this would be the best box for these drivers? I am planning to get some of these drivers for our PA system soon. Size is not an issue. New to building speaker boxes but we may buy a CNC to help that along. I appreciate all the quality videos and tips you give!
Bro...why the company use reverse mount drivers if the enclosure have that much of space inside...i think reverse mount drivers used when enclosure have lack of space... isn't it
For more volume because if we use the conventional way of mounting it will consume the space that would be needed for lower bass reproduction. And also for better cooling to reduce power compression. Keep safe bro!
I have seen one of them at jbl harman srevice center....the enclosure g28 model uses long excursion drivers...which have xtra bulge type thing on its magnet motor...maybe because of too much deeper enclosure size.... believe me this enclosure was the deepest i have ever seen
uso en conciertos 24 subs g28 y logro llegar a los 120 dbs peak a una distancia de 30 mts apartir de el escenario siempre y cuando sean alimentados con los amplificadores CROWN HD12000 1 SUB POR CANAL
Why wouldn't you use this for concerts? It is an industry standard. I am planning to build some cabinets with these drivers is there a better cab for them?
@@pracheerdeka6737 well, from the factory the preset for g28 comes from 20hz to 60hz and this configuration gives you around 140 db peak and the second preset comes from 20hz to 80hz and this gives you up to -10 dbs at spl peaks approx. it all depends on the system setting
