Holy cow, you've blown my mind. I feel like I'm a pretty organized person, but I didn't realize how much I was letting my fear of: what if it doesn't work out? - get in my way. Watching your video has given me the process and structure that I need so I can just follow it, commit to it and see what happens. I was letting my fear stop me from getting organized enough to create content. But you've laid out so clearly how to just plug in and go - that there's no more excuses. I can see how I was letting my fear be bigger than me. I feel like I can trust the process with this, uh, process lol that you've given us. Just time to execute and have fun! I'm getting out of my own way. that's bc you asked for it lol. I just found you tonight, and now I'm 2 hours past my bed time bc there is just so much wonderful information in everything you put out. You have a new follower and frequent commenter. Oh, and yes, I'm building out my calendar as we speak. about 3 months into posting, 100 vids down, and in that time I've learned how to speak in front of a camera, for some reason that was super difficult. and I've adapted massively on how to talk to an audience and actually show that you care about them. I can't tell you how many personal development books I've read, or courses I've taken.. While I do believe they all were their own little puzzle piece, the big one that everyone knows they should be doing, but spend years finding excuses being a wantrepreneur.... is to set a plan and take consistent action, improve over time by studying the data, and seek guidance from those that are further along the journey you are on.

Content creation can really ruin your life because it is so much work. The same thing happened to me. 3 months of doctor visits, emergency room visits, panic attacks. Got into a deep dark hole of depression and anxiety and I took more than 2 years off because I was worried I would go through the same. Working on it right now but I don't want to fall into that dark hole and I want to enjoy my life!!

I literally just subbed. I’ve been watching u for a while and ur tips helped me grow. But nothing u have ever said has been more relatable than panic attacks. I’ve been riddled with them all the first half of the year until I did the 75Hard challenge and deleted my posts (not the acct I’m not crazy😭). I'm getting out of my own way! Thank you SO MUCH for this! I've been sort of trying to build an audience this year and it's been a very slow process because I haven't done it consistently. I think it's mainly due to the fact that I had no idea how to strategize and organize my ideas in a down to earth way that'll actually get me somewhere. I'm going to spend some time with the worksheet you so generously offer because it looks like just the right amount of structure I need to keep my ADHD brain focused. We'll see what things look like come February, and I'm feeling more confident now that the outcome will be sweet!

also adhd brain here and was thinking the exact same thing. i think its harder for us to do well on these platforms since they are literally designed to keep us distracted/engaged. but we'll get there :D i'm going to start using an app to help post so i'm not so distracted, and one called Loomly is the most affordable option from my little research so might be helpful to you also!
