Hej Tea! Found your channel through Anna in Japan. Your bujo pages are absolutely GORGEOUS! 🌸 Very inspiring! 🌟 I had surgery back in 1997 for endometriosis, when I was 37 years old. In 2011 I was also diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. For women with EDS it’s common to have endometriosis. Or I’m assuming that it was confirmed in the surgery. Had to google EDS as I hadn’t heard about it before! Interesting that there seems to be a link between these two illnesses. Hope you’ve found ways to relieve the symptoms and are doing okay! 🩷 Keeping fingers crossed that spring will come early for both of us 🤞
Hej igen! Yes it was during a routine check-up they found that I had endo; a cyst great as a grapefruit...! Weird thing is that I worked as an aerobic instructor and generally working out a lot - and I had not felt that big thing!? Jaaa, tidig vår till oss båda!!
Love your March heme. You are so talented and I really enjoy watching. Big thumbs up for incorporating endometriosis. I also had it from the beginning, however mine was never diagnosed. I also thought it was normal to have so much pain cramps and for me back ache. Thankfully past that age! 😂

Good to hear that you don’t have the symptoms anymore though! Pain cramps and back ache are the worst 😅 luckily I don’t get that either anymore as my medication has been working well!
:🌸 For March, I'm going to drive down to my mother's house and take her shopping for a wedding dress. My oldest son is finally getting married in May. He's the last of my children to do so, so we're very excited! I hope we can find dresses (I still need one too) that will work.

Endometriosis is a hormonal imbalance, usually do to high insulin (carbs/sugar), and or not enough iodine. Iodine balances high estrogen. I had endometriosis. Needed surgery. Found natural remedy too late. Best of luck.
Well, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
