from the thumbnail I thought you did that by drawing with light coloured pencils over black paper. The whole time you kept drawing the front page I was expecting you deciding against the look in the end and sticking black paper over it :D And then the gouache came in and I was all :O :))))

I actually changed my habit tracking from a separate spread to part of my monthly calendar. I make a key with a symbol or color for what I’m tracking and mark them on the top line of each day of the month when I do them. It’s made it much more manageable for me.

In 2021 I did a silver foil balloons theme for February (as February is my birthday month) but I used markers, it was hard but really satisfying 😁 My fave song since last January is Treat You Better by Shawn Mendes - when my ex bf broke up with me, I couldn't stop crying and went for a walk, this was the first song that played on a random playlist I opened on Spotify and the lyrics couldn't be more accurate for that specific moment. Since then, whenever I think about him, as I'm still not over loving him, I play this song to remind myself that there is someone better for me out there 💔❤‍🩹
