Giirl I'm at the same point with a poor sleeping schedule... 😖 but instead of mornings, my doctor talked about night routines - they're just as important to mark the end of the day and symbolize your body it's time to sleep! Therefore we have to follow the basic steps every day such as "no screen time, same bed time every day, ..." etc. When we were children we couldn't fall asleep until the full "ritual" was completed [...] Now as adults, our brains work the same! Good luck!
Spoken from authentic 80’s kids, your design is perfectly on-point from the splatter paint to the funky shapes and bright colors. Nicely done! It reminds me of my old Trapper Keeper from junior high (minus a gazillion Lisa Frank stickers, lol!) I love the 80’s aesthetic so much, and I couldn’t be happier to see it’s coming back! 😎
Andie, I see so many lovely night owl peeps trying to switch to being morning peeps. Having tried to squeeze myself in to this box, I've just decided to embrace my night-time ways. It's peaceful, I get creative and I'm overall a nicer person to be around

Awesome theme! Very bright and bold! As far as morning routines go, just waking up early isn't enough. You need to adjust the rest of your day as well. Just because you're used to breakfast at 11 am after waking up at 10 am, doesn't mean you can do that waking up at 6 am. Your body needs fuel to keep going, otherwise you'll crash hard.
I love watching your spreads come together! They're always just so cool and different from what everyone else is doing and it's so refreshing. Also, for mornings. The hardest part is the first five minutes for me. I find that once I've brushed my teeth, washed my face, and put on my makeup (how I start my morning), I'm awake enough that going back to bed isn't as seductive anymore and I can be a productive human.
The posca paint colors just are amazing! Would never have thought to use those. This spread seems like a lot fun and totally gets the creativity going.
OMG, the 80s is my fave decade, so I totally love this one! 👍 I have a Happy Planner, so I create an 80s themed divider for myself. I also did a 90s Nickelodeon themed divider over the weekend.

I really like this theme! And I'm so impressed with the results you got with the Posca paint markers! I have a set of white ones in various sizes and every time I use any of them, I just make a mess.
I know it's not part of the 80's, but I totally wish you would've done *NSYNC's "It's Gonna Be MAY" on the title page! 😂😂😂 But I love it nonetheless! 👍
So creative and beautiful, as always-- I love it! About the morning struggle: some people just work best at night or in the afternoon. I think we're often told that people who wake up early are the most productive and everyone else should emulate them, but I feel like it's healthier to identify your productive hours, whenever they are, and try to maximize those. :) I totally understand wanting to try new habits/routines though. Also-- I'd love to hear how those full-page dailies work for you!
Love this theme, it's so fun! I'd be really interested in your morning routine video. I have a pretty good routine going but want to add a real workout and meditation and I can't seem to wake up early enough (6am instead of 7am).
When I saw this, I literally screamed YESSSSSS!!!!!! At the top of my voice. I think my family think that I’m the biggest weirdo ever now......... whoops!!!!! Incredible video though. My may spread sorted!!
I Love this theme! I deff agree with the previous's comment of doing a few more decade themes. And I also love the paint markers you use in this theme. Do you ever have a problem with it bleeding through the pages? Complete side note, but super excited to check out the zero waste alternatives video.
