Moisture resistant gypsum boards are also good for toilets.. ficem boards are ideal for outdoor areas or areas exposed to weather.. the only downside for ficems aesthetically is that you can’t conceal the terminations hence exposing the grooves in between panels

@@savetrinity, no. I learned by experience. When I saw the difficulties of my friends. You know how hard it is for a person coming out from the hospital after a major operation or broken leg bones. If you plan to grow old in your house, better prepare your bathroom and bedroom well. I also built an oxygen line going to the bedroom. No need to bring that heavy tank inside the bedroom. Pag deliver ng oxygen tank, i tell them to put sa garage so hindi hirap yung mag dedeliver na ipapasok at pickup pa sa loob ng bahay. All the doors/corridors in our house is wide enough for wheelchair and stretcher to pass through. You will surely hate it when you're in pain tapos bubuhatin ka from outside of your bedroom! I took note of all the difficulties I saw helping my friends and relatives! Grabe ang hirap!

@@savetrinity, kaya when you are going to design your house, think about it. Lumabas ka sa hospital and you can not walk. Ipapasok ang stretcher sa bedroom. Kaya ba? Hehehe!
