You can see the difference because he did cardio and diet along with a planks. You cannot spot reduce fat. Just doing those planks are not going to give you a flat stomach. Don't believe the b*******. When you lose weight you have to lose weight all over. You cannot spot reduce fat. Believe me he was doing cardio besides doing the planks.

A couple years back i would plank everyday (got up to being able to hold it for 5+ minutes at a time) but stopped when i got a physical disability diagnosis and this made me decide i want to get back to that! Thanks for the inspiration :)

I never thought of any core excercise in past but as I suffered from lower back injury and the pain came back. I started doing planks for atleast 2 and half minutes daily. From 90kgs to 87kgs now in 20 days. Hope this continues looking at the 80kg target.

A plank tightens the muscles that pull the stomach in naturally. So limiting sugar and carbs plus doing this every morning will do wonders! Good luck

Great job, I started my journey (because diet is a bad word) the first of the month, walking/jogging, weights, sugar intake cutbacks, carbs, grazing. Have started to incorporate yoga into my morning/afternoon. Will give planking a shot for sure. I've dropped 13lbs since 1-1-23. Great job, let's keep going!!!

Make sure to add side planking and other core exercises too, only doing planking won't properly target all of the necessary muscles.

I've been doing Intermittent Fasting of 18:6 and 30 push ups per day and jumping ropes. Now I'm gonna add this one because you inspired me to follow your path. I was at 117 kg, now at 109 kg on my 3rd week.

@@mansoorayaz5815 Fasting for 18 hours, no food just pure water or black coffee, or tea, no sugar. Then 6 hours of eating window you can eat anything but on that eating window but if you want it to be more effective eat healthy foods and avoid carbs. 6 hours of eating doesn't mean that you'll eat for the whole duration of 6 hours, like don't go on an eating spree 😅 To put simply 16 hour no food, 6 hours eating.

@@mansoorayaz5815 I fast from 3pm to 11am because I changed from 18:6 to 20:4. My eating window is 11am to 3pm because its during the sleep we burn fat the most, so they say, I chose those eating hours because my workmates would usually keep bothering about not eating during lunch, so that they would stop bothering me I picked that hour for eating.

@@noelivdreu9494 Id recommend everyone getting started to start with an easier fast. 18:6 is pretty extreme as the most common one is 16:8. I started with a 12 hour fast, then slowly moved up to 14hours and finally at 16. Most people would try a 18 hour fast, absolutely hate it, and never try intermittent fasting again.

Try doing something to distract you while doing it, like reading or something. I do that while doing my 6-minute plank, and it really helps.

This is the best fat loss workout video I have ever seen. Just only 2 minutes or less, for 30 days. The most effective exercise with the least amount of time. WOW WOW WOW. I am totally motivated to try this out myself.
