It makes me happy to see other high quality content creators dedicating time to Shadowdark RPG. It really is such a fantastic system to create epic feeling campaigns with. And Kaligos (sp?) looks amazing!

Excellent Hank We changed to 5e Hardcore / Deathbringer mix as 5e was not working the funions (after 7 years of running) Now moved to Shadowdark (hacking with AD&D) which my players love due to getting so much done with it!!! - (yours / PDM / Questing Beast reviews convinced to use Shadowdark) It is the way!!! 😈😈😈

This is the kind of content I love to see! A mentor-like discussion and not just cramming thought experiments that have no real use at the table. Quality material all the time! I'd love to have Hank mentor or work with me on my style of GM'ing

I mostly look for inspiration from other dms not all kind of "advice" on how to create the best game. That's why I love these live streams, lots of ideas and such a passion for what you do, that it gets me fired up and ready to jump directly into the next session. Love it

The comment about mental conditioning is absolutely crucial. I think that’s what I enjoy about PDM, Sorkowsky and Baron Daropp - they really make it easier to understand how to approach the mental state of presenting the game. The world doesn’t matter, the players don’t matter, the module doesn’t matter, it’s just about being to think appropriately about the game and how to make that experience easier for the players and DM.

Hey Hank, got to say thanks for the idea of dice roll travel under the mountains. Used it in my last game and it was so much better than trying to use a map and so much more fun for me (GM) and the group discovering what was there.
