In this video I share all the practical tips I can think of to prepare for the first 40 days. the first 40 days being such an important time of transition for mom and baby and I believe should be protected.
Since we live in a modern world with modern world challenges - I share ways that the first 40 days can be done with no physical support system.
I believe this time lays the foundation for both mom and baby.

Great tips! The U.S. is not great with these things so this will be very challenging for us. 😢

Now that you have a chest freezer, look into getting a quarter or half grass fed beef from a local Alberta farmer. You'll get the highest quality organic meat at a much better price.

I'm currently with a 2weeks old baby, at the beginning my boyfriend cooked and cleaned but the past 3days I prefer him to watch over the baby, so I can mentally distance my self from him

Hii, I have a question; when did you start tracking your basal temperature again after birth?
