Thank you very much for your clear presentation. Is it possible to add different quantities in planswift? For example, how can we get the total quantities of concrete for footing F1 F2 and F3 ?

If you deal separate, you get separate. Its all depends on use of takeoff tools. You know your output is separate so make separate takeoff tool. F1, F2 & F3. This is really helpful, but there is also a problem with the quantity of rebar. Commercial length of rebar is not considered in the formula. Is there a way to consider the commercial length of the bar to get the exact weight to be used?

Sir if instead of Bar weight values we put the formula in Bar weight space (D2/162) for Bar weight calculation it would be easy so software will automatically pick the Bar weight according to Dia, just we have to select Dia of bar
