I just got a blue oil fern. It’s been on my wish list

that green fuzzy plant is an alsobia, a cousin of the african violet. In the gesneriad family. Love that plant!

I got a Jacklyn Alocasia at Lowes and then a tiny rabbits foot fern that was on clearance for $ 2 so I dont think I'll feel too bad when it dies on me. ( they always do) 😂

I utilize a 3 prong approach to handle fungus knats. I bought a Katchy uv light bug catcher from Amazon. I switch it on at night because fungus knats are attracted to us lights. Secondly, I have sticky traps and then I water with crushed up mosquito pellets. Over a period of time, the population has decreased significantly. The watering with the solution stops the larvae from hatching--it does not kill the adults. That is where the other 2 approaches fill the gap. You never really get rid of them unless you deal with them aggressively. Hope this helps. Love your videos.

You showing begonias made me fall in love with them, since I started following you I acquired 10, I lost my strawberry one, no idea where I went wrong, but the others are happy, my rex escargot pushed its first massive leave, it made me so happy!

That looks like a alsobia cygnet lace flower. I have one. It’s beautiful it will bloom beautiful white flowers and it trails.

Hahaha, you forgot to show the elephant in the room. I got several anthurium and several Hoyas. Spent way to much money on them, but worth every penny.

I also have "magic beans" from a plant. Every morning 🌄 I make a magical elixir that brings me back to life. 😉 Have you tried Almond or Cashew milk?
