After watching your video I went to the Home Depot and picked up a Nanouk. So happy! I had been wanting one for so long. I will also be visiting that nursery in Loxahatchee. Thanks Connie for sharing your tours💚
Ok I’m seriously thinking about moving to Florida. All those gorgeous plants !!! So exciting. 😃 u picked the exact plants that i would have also. Love 💓 love the Krimson Princess and the Brazil.
Lovely and my Lowes restocked New Years Eve and i got a bunch on clearance then went back to get a floor plant for my friends bedroom and got me a Elephant Ear for 10.98 and another clearance pot with a white Kalanchoe in it and something else. Also puctured in my haul on instagram
I'd love to find a basket full of Krimson Princess. My plant is a disaster area and it was shipped to me that way. It had root rot and now the remaining part I saved will not root no matter what I do. The variegation was amazing, too. Not too heavy, more striped than anything. Maybe once it gets warmer up here it will rally and grow. Maybe not. We found a Birkin at my nursery the other week that appeared to have variegation, but we think it was just the parent Rojo Congo showing itself. Nick Alexander said the maroon color would probably not be seen throughout the whole plant, but only on that stem. My daughter's friend works part time as the person who puts out the plants at our HD. I make sure to let her know what she's to be looking for on my behalf. She always sends a message to let me know when they receive something I might like.
I found my philo rojo congo mixed in with the Birkins.....that’s when I was told that the birkin is a mutation from the rojo congo that they cultivated. It’s reverting.
🎄Merry Christmas🎄 Be sure to keep the pot and receipt...my Hoya Princess slowly died trail by trail. It developed some sort of tiny spot with brown edges on most of the leaves. Then all trails started dying off. Hope you have better luck. I was left with one small semi-healthy trail, which I propogated. I returned the rest of the dead plant to HD for a refund. Their larger plants seem to always be overwatered or neglected. Same with Lowes, but at least they'll give you a discount and still take it back👍Have a healthy Happy New Year🍾
@Yadav Indu ALL...just need the original pot and your receipt. Sometimes I include some dirt and dead bits that I tie up in the bag with the pot. So upsetting when a plant dies at least you know you can return it and try again. Merry Christmas⛄🎅
