Hey Robbie, try Chelated Magnesium. 250 mg 3 times per day. I take one at lunch with my other vitamins and 2 before bed. I haven"t had a migraine in years. A nutritionist gave me this info. Even my neurologist didn't know this till I told him.

Robbie, you and Janey keep going for the clay pots when I never see you much get into garden decor, using statuary, old drawers, old resin pots, etc, to decorate your gardens. Those things make it interesting. I had this Italian looking large gold resin pot I had to get a plant out of and had to cut it apart, so now I am using the halves to lay on the ground and plant with creeping rose or mint. I think that is a cool look and cheaper than all those clay pots.

The verbena b. Might be super easy to grow along your fence/roadside garden. Soft. Easy. Zero maintenance. Scratch te ground, cast the seeds, and maybe some winter sewn poppy seeds, and they’ll quietly take off.

Have you tried Botox for migraines? It is the only thing that helped my migraines!
