You don't need much of a routine, as long as your plants don't dry out completely, they have enough light, moisture, and air circulation, they pretty much take care of themselves. Most people think they have to do too much, which is what leads to overwatering. I would recommend anyone who has plants to do a background research on each plant, and write down how much water, light, moisture, and fertilizer they need, so you know what you're doing. Also, don't neglect them, treat your plants like a pet and check in on them daily!
Download the app “planta”, it sends reminders to water your plants & tells you what kind of light they need etc. Also, a moisture meter has saved my picky plants!
Yes, I am interested to see how you take of so many plants, too. Please title it "A Day in the Life".... I absolutely love you plant tour. It was EPIC!!! I had to save it as a favorite.
Justina0_0 Pretty sure it means a lot or something, like for example, Teacher: what do you want to be when you grow up? Someone who does a lot of things: Yes
Im jealous of your jungle! I would be really interested to see a video talking about how you learned to care for plants and resources you refer to when plants aren't doing so well!
I'd love an educational channel where you kind of share how you care for your plants. Such as how you propogate a plant, how do you repot a plant or know when to repot a plant? Etc etc... 😊
You look like a whole new person and I love it pls start posting more and make a lifestyle channel so many people agree, I love you so much you make me so happy and have helped my depression so much better and I hope you see this. I have been a fan from the beginning. Thank you so much!
Those "antennae" are actually a type of inflorescence which is a bunch of small flowers together, which is known as a spike inflorescence for peperomias!
I LOVE THIS VIDEO SO MUCH I love plants!! I watched the whole video in one sitting and screenshot nearly half of the plants to get for my room. Please post more plant videos and how you trim them and propagate and JUST YOUR KNOWLLLEEGEE
Great collection & well taken care of! Btw, what you mentioned as a 'tradescantia variety' at 23:00 is actually a Callisia Cordifolia. Took me ages to identify it correctly and I too thought it was a tradescantia initially.
I remember you love plants! But well I didn't know you have this big of a collection. 😂🍃 Good job it takes so much to work to keep up with all of them! The other day I finally got a bunch of plants I wanted. I got a bunch of white sage plants to keep those Good Vibes coming. I also got an ivy and lavender plant. And the day before I got a bunch of plants to put outside around my outdoor altar.💚🌷
You have such amazing light throughout your house. I am so envious! I am currently (but temporarily 🙏🏻) living in a tiny, dark, one-bedroom duplex. I have only one window with any decent light, but not much room for many plants there. My next room is a little larger, but almost no light. In my kitchen, I actually have two plants whose only source of light is the fluorescent light on the ceiling. The house I had years back was well-lit like yours, and I had about the same quantity of plants, but not nearly the variety. I can't wait to move to a place where I can have a proper jungle like yours! 😄
Im still shook that her dog doesn’t eat/destroy her plants, If I had like 2 plants on the floor, he’ll just destroy and chew the plant 😑 I literally have my plants either outside or on an elevated surface😂
Wow,wow, wow,i love your collection and the fact that you know all their names is amazing!I am just starting out on this journey and hopefully i get to at least maintain 50 plants.
Absolutely love this plant collection videos. Please do more! I started bringing more and more to my home and there are a few that I need to figure what is best for them. The dumb cane is the one that always looks sad in my home and I have no idea what to do. Could you maybe do a video or maybe on your stories explaining how you take care of them? You said on the video that once you figured what to do is doing really good now. Thanks! 🌿
Amazing. Love this. Your pilea pep is growing tall as it’s reaching for the light. It loves light, just not all day. It’s also leaning so it needs to be turned around if you want a straight plant. Each year I have between 30-50 pilea babies that I sell! My mother plants are so happy! :-)
1:35 if you want more leafs or sticks (whatever you want to call them) you can take a clean knife and kinda cut a bit into it tell so can either see white or white stuff comes out and then over time some branches or leaves should start to come out!
I could be wrong but I think at 6:11 is a snow queen and your ficus elastica at 12:10 is a tineke! Love your collection! Can’t wait until I have a house so I can mod it and add all the plants! 🥰
second video PLEASEEE, how do you keep track of your plants, know how much to water them and what is your strategy, goal & method with keeping them alive and giving them attention ?!?! you have an AMAZING COLLECTION, I am (2-3 inches close) to flooring hehe
This video was so satisfying. Your plants are amazing, you knew all the names, I'm so impressed! I am obsessed with plants! My collection is nowhere near yours. Also, your house is so nice. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful plants. Wow you showing all those plants with their names without getting confused. It's admirable. I have plants but they are like avocados culantro and so on. great job. Loved and Subbed;
We had a 8 foot tall bird of paradise (probably taller) in our living room, that my mom kept alive for 10 years, and then- She put it out on the porch one day while she was cleaning the carpets and she went to put it inside the next morning when the carpets were dry... Needless to say RIP. It was yellow and brown and the huge leaves were shriveled. And it was springtime and it didnt rain. Weird. I cried. She cried. Not exaggerating. You can develop and attachment to plants it was sooooo sad
Hi Mia, a couple of questions. First how do you attach your hanging plants to the roof? And secondly how have you successfully cut and propagated your monsteras? Mine keep dying 😭
