One of the things that I’ve learn from my treatment is to use a tennis ball to roll it under your feet or even a lacrosse one (there’s more resistance on this one). It helps to break the inflamed fibers and speeds up the recovery process
Appreciate video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you considered - Taparton Walking Foot Takeover (just google it)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for Getting Rid of Plantar Fasciitis without the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy finally got great success with it.
The mystery for me isn't what I can do to treat it, but what keeps causing it? I get flare ups. This time around I'm guessing my running shoes were worn out but man, it takes forever for it to heal. I feel like a crippled old woman. I go to stand up and can barely move.
I've been dealing with foot pain over a month now on both my feet. It started off with heel pain like you described, now it's gone. The pain is now around the arch of my foot and the ball of my foot where my toes are at. It's more worse on my left foot.
It's difficult but stretching and preparing for the day with a brace of some kind is key. Think of it like getting older and having to do physical therapy but it's actually physical therapy 😅
My tips...are stretching see vid, wear compression half socks, do the water bottle thing, keep your calve muscles warm and wear proper shoes and eat right. I get out of bed into good sandals that support my foot and the heel pain is beaten immediately. As it's the mechanism of muscles around the lower leg...not just your foot that's out of sync I have found that wearing shorts keeps them cold but jog pants makes them warm. I have tried to eat food with less crap in generally and when it is bad rolling the foot on a bottle of ice relieves the pain. In summary I feel as total layman that it's treating the whole Lower leg that will beat the heel pain with massage to treat symptoms. (Hobbles off to have a cup of tea) x
I had this for years , it was extremely painful. until i heard that walking on grass or sand would help. So i grabbed a bag of sandbox sand and i walked on the bag back from toe to arch everyday. Getting blood to all parts of my feet. I walked on grass barefooted everyday for at least 20 minutes a day. I also bought shoes that supported my arches.I really couldnt walk in the morning without lots of pain. It took about 30 minutes before i could walk without some pain. But you know what, it worked.Im happy to say im in no pain. Pain Free. You see are feet were never meant to walk on hard surfaces. In the old times people wore sandles and walked on sand and soft surfaces. Grass also is good to your feet. It allows blood to circulate through your feet. Walking on grass is like a spiritual feeling like we are one with our Creator. Jesus made are feet to be treated with care and less walking on pavement. Concrete and asphalt was the worst invention man ever came up. It reeks havoc on are whole skeletal system, back spine neck, you name it. Take the time to baby your feet everyday by walking on sand, grass and anything that doesn't put hard pressure on them . At least once a day. You will see a miracle happen before your eyes one day. Believe it.
I found the cure for my plantar fascitis! I tried this stretching, cold bottle foot rolling, special socks, blah blah blah and none of it worked. What did work and it worked in only a few days. FOAM ROLLING my calf muscles!! I started doing this for a few minutes every day and after 2 days my pain was practically gone. I have continues to do this before any walks and the fascitis has not returned. Try it!
@Capri No I was not aware of tightness in my calves. I do work out my calves doing calf raises so that might be a reason for them being tight. But I never thought my calves were the reason my feet were hurting so bad.
I've had PF for almost a year, until know that I'm really doing researches about what I can do, is worrying me. Im gonna try your advice men, hopefully works! thanks

I had a partial tear in my anterior talofibular ligament that gave me pain in the back of my ankle. The doctor said it was achillis tendonitis .This was last november. Now i recently got plantar fascittis after doing speed work out for running acouple weeks ago. The achillis tendonitis went away completely but now i have plantar fascittis ,which is more painful and really annoying.
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to uncover foot heel pain try Bablim Plantar Remedy Booster (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got great success with it.
I am a warehouse worker. I have some cheap Walmart shoes, and thought it would be a good idea to put arch support insoles in my shoes. I don't have flat feet. I just figured it couldn't hurt. Well, it did hurt. My heels are killing me. I don't understand why or how. But now I have debilitating heel pain to deal with. Prior to this, I did not have any foot pain. I just wanted to put an insole into my cheap Walmart shoes for added support.
Nice video: One question: I hear mostly about stretching the calf muscles for PF. Some videos talk about stretching the toes, esp big toe. Is this less important than stretching the calf? Sometimes my toe tendons hurt when I try to stretch them. Thanks much, Toney
this is a WEIRD Comments section, the amount of redundancy and copy/paste is of epic proportions and possibly a youtube record. It fucking hurts to read...hurts more than my Planter Fash
Thank you, I will try this. Had a bruised heel, walking with heel up caused more pain after a few days. Guessing it is this, first steep is like a knife in the foot

I`m a nurse and a plantar pain patient for a couple of years. I got plantar fasciitis treatment , Sαnzoka Mula (Go ogle it) and a couple of days of sticking to it my pain is entirely over. After quitting my meds, I no longer experienced the condition. I’m positive that it’s gone because I no longer feel the pain and soreness.
Kevin Howard I don’t have the sleeves idk where to get it I used a towel instead I just fold it but my feet still hurts like hell too and now I think it’s transferring to my other feet cuz it started to hurt as well but not as bad as my other one 😩
I’m not sure if I have this. The bottom of my heels tingle and hurt always towards my last lesson of the day (I am a dancer). I used to have this problem when I was much younger & it’s recently come back. My symptoms seem a little different to the ones I hear for planter facitiis but don’t find any other diagnosis online for heel pain :/
Going to see a Physical Therapist and or Chiropractor are good too, they will give you a handful of additional exercises to do when you can. AT PT some places use a 'hawk grip' tool to rub and spread out the Fascia on the bottom of your feet. it's almost painful and very awkward at 1st but after a few times you'll look forward to it. I have had this condition for almost 10 years and it get worse every year mainly because i've gained weight. it sucks Orthodics are supposedly helpful but i've had no luck with fittings so far.

I had several conditions before hand doc - big toe cramps i tried to relieve by stretching, next pain - both probably linked to a 'leg extension machine' - then finally Plantar I know just before I got it I had a couple lengthy walks. In the past they were no problem. Saw a doc a week and a half and it was quiet but returned last night. Could the cramp stretching and machine be a factor? I know walking could be too.
Tip- the stretch? Do the total complete opposite of what she’s said. Bend your foot the opposite way (you’ll have to sit down and use your hands to do the bending)
was Diagnosed couple months back. For some time pain was generally gone but felt minor pain standing a long period a few days back and a lot more during a lengthy walk today. I feel no pain if I'm not doing activity. My work involves walking at times - but I am accustomed to lengthy walks and barely had anything close to this recurring pain. Going to stretch more often - but a doctor did mention to me injecting a steroid as a later resort.
Those Nikes are not good shoes for plantar fasciitis, they do not have the proper support. I myself found that Brooks Addiction Walkers are very supportive.
Wth is this? I woke up this morning at 5 , went to the bathroom then went back to bed. Got up 2 hrs later, as soon as my foot hit the floor it was like I stepped on Lego ! Yes I walk A LOT ! 30 MILES a week. Not including regular steps around the house. Im retired, walking is all I got. I wear expensive well fitting shoes and replace them regularly.
