It’s a pain in the ass, what worked for me is daily 5-10min bilateral calf stretches as recommended by a foot specialist (MD). I had pain for over a year at that point. Just get a calf board and do it twice a day. Resolved very quickly (week~) for me once I started

I have suffered with what i would call textbook plantarfasciitis. Over the last 25 years it has never fully gone away. At one time in my life i was regularly doing intense plyometric training 5 times a week for 30-45 minutes a day. It didn't help. Very useful research and information in this video for an almost newly qualified physio, thank you
