Client was a large Sporting Club that wanted low-maintenance plants around its balconies.
-the Manager had been trying for years to keep live plants going in poorly drained external garden
exasperated, she turned to us, did we have anything that is?
sun-resistant
water-resistant
able to be planted straight into soil
tough enough to handle wear n tear of public space
looks realistic with fresh greens
answers...YES YES YES YES YES
-we suggested our new Alexander & Cane Palms with Jade Plants at base, all UV-treated
-on first balcony, we trialed just a row of Alexander palms + Jades, this was so well received, they ordered the other side done as well
-then they ordered plants for another outdoor balcony, mixing the Alexanders with taller Cane Palms
-the end result, lovely looking palms finish off their balconies, providing a pleasant visual barrier, all with little to no upkeep costs. This made Club Committee very happy, with a big "well done" being passed on to the Manager with the clever ideas!!

I just bought 2 faux palm's to set in pot's at our new above ground pool and was instantly hooked! They look beautiful, zero maintenance,....will be getting more! Such a great idea!!!! Wish I'd done it sooner!

@@Stony-Hills I do have a pic but don't know how to upload it here? Got them on Amazon. We are getting more next year for sure! They are holding up great! We set them in Bleu plastic pot's then added White marble chip's to each pot. I bag did both and they aren't going anywhere no matter how strong the wind gets! The rain also gives them a nice 'bath' too! Very nice!!!

Such a clever approach...✌️ Nice bro 👍 I am always scared of the maintenance of fresh stuff...🤣🤣 You know what...infact I was searching for a video of how to make these flowers and plants that can stand the weather outdoors. Don't wanna buy. I live to do DIYs 😍

Have to add another benefit of faux planting's. We have Orkin each year to treat for ant's etc. The other day they came and saw two potted Evergreen's on our front porch flanking the front door. She said, 'OH! this isn't wise,....mosquito's LOVE these!' I happily replied, 'they aren't real' She and her partner couldn't believe it, they started touching the plant with confused looks,...it was awesome, so again zero maintenance and no critter attraction ha ha! By the way we have also surrounded our pre-fab pond with faux bedding plant's, hung cascading plants in wall planter's along our stockade fence and they look just as real and beautiful, even did some on the entrance wall of our home and they receive a ton of compliment's. Addicting!!!!!! Wish I'd have done this year's ago saving ton's of money and even more valuable time. Live and learn :)

Great look 👌🏾such a shame the video subtitles disappear too quickly. Had to pause rewind, pause rewind etc... ok finally read all info! Now just need to go back and admire the beauty of the palms.
