We’re currently building our house and I placed a reserved order with Colorblends last night for over 2,000 daffodil and tulip bulbs to plant around it this fall. I told my shocked husband it’s Laura’s fault, and we’ll need an auger for the drill 😂
I planted a ton of bulbs individually and realized this spring that I prefer how they look when planted in clumps (like Laura did on the new property) they look like bouquets! When planted one at a time they look kinda weedy unless they’re planted really close together.
Gorgeous. So do your over-the-fence neighbors enjoy watching what’s happening? I would be out every evening with a glass of wine, peeking over the fence to see “what beautiful thing did Laura do today!???” You guys are such an inspiration!
I would be asking if Laura and Aaron need any volunteer help! Laura has such an incredible eye for colour and combinations. I look forward to seeing how these planters fill in. They will put on such a show!
If I were Laura’s neighbor, I would remove the fence and hope she forgets where the property boundary was and coming over onto my property with her magic

I live just outside of Buffalo NY and things have been disheartening here the last few days. My heart breaks for my city, my heart breaks for the world, and my heart breaks for everyone living in fear. I absolutely love how Samantha was trying to say Flower! My 2 year old grandson is always out with me in the gardens and his first clear word was flower! He knows me well!
Laura I love your channel and I really need your help. My Mom and I both love watching your channel and it really brought us together and made us even closer. She's my best friend and cheerleader. I had no way of knowing when we planned and ordered our 20 + dahlias plus an innumerable amounts of veggies for our family that she would be diagnosed with lung cancer on March 1st, and we would lose her on May 13th. Now there is a hole in my heart and I don't know how to finish something like this. I know that is what she would have wanted but if you have any words of encouragement, you have no idea how much it would mean to me and mom, wherever she is looking down on us. Thank you for spreading some love in all these dark times. You're the best. 💕🌷

Walked by that Coleus several times at the garden center. By mistake I purchased a yellow and red Canna. Well now I have to go back and get those! I wasn't sure what it would look like or if it could take full sun. Now I know. I know now that it will pair nicely with the Canna. Off I go!!! Thank you for helping me complete one more pot in my yard :)

With all the wind you get; might as well put it into good use, (as supplemental energy)... Also, windmills are attractive and can (if installed strategically), enhance the landscape... They have a spicy flavor and the seeds are also known as "Poor man's Capers" and Sweet Potato vines are also edible(think Spinach) I love those planters and I planted Sunflower seeds a few weeks ago. Wow!! Love the sunflowers and the coleus!!! I know it said “sun” but I didn’t think the coleus would do well in such full on sun exposure!! Can’t wait to try this combination!!
The color blaze series is fantastic. Do so well in full sun. There are other varieties also, just check the tags as to whether they are full or part sun.

It's so beautiful! Sunflowers are my favorite, I love all flowers, shrubs and trees but there is just something about sunflowers. In South Africa we've got cold wet weather at the moment, now I enjoy your garden even more. 🤗❤🌻

Wow. Watching this and my husband goes… does she seem more excited today lol I told him duh she is about to pack the heck out of a container for the first time. Yes to the time of the year when Laura packs more plants in a container than you thought possible.

I do not do a lot of container planting myself but I never get tired of watching you fill your containers to the max. I watch as you show all of the plants you plan on using and I think, “there is no way all of those are going to fit”, but you prove me wrong every time! The results are always glorious!
I love watching you plant with the gator.. It is such a life saver. i have had mine for 14 years. I love it for all the garden chores here in zone 4, in central Minnesota.
When we skimmed by the containers in yesterdays tour video, it peeked my curiosity, and I was so excited that today we found out exactly what was in there! Stunning colors that only Laura would know how to put together! Absolutely beautiful! 🧡💚💛💜🖤🤎
