Hmm... I thought this was covered in the video. ;) Wait until the ice melts and stick them in the ground about a finger deep. They're typically planted between late January and mid-February in North Texas.
@@kristinstacey5003 The overnight lows are still a bit cold. Texas A&M AgriLife says, "Carrots grow best in cool temperatures of early spring and late fall. Night temperatures of 55 degrees F and day temperatures of 75 degrees F are ideal for carrots." Just know that if you sow now, they may not germinate until it gets a bit warmer.
