Hi,
A few months ago I have already built another collision system but unfortunately it did not work as expected. With the old holder it could be that when the plasma moved too fast the head flew out of the holder and that was very annoying to restart the cut because of such errors.Therefore I decided to build a new head with collision system and again a torch splash protection.

I don't know if you're still having problems with high frequency interference with the cnc plasma cutter, if you're, have you tried connecting your table and the control box to a grounding rod?

Thank you for the information. I have been earthing the table and the rest of the components some time ago using an earthing rod, but this did not lead to the desired result. In the meantime I have a milling machine that worked flawlessly at first until I used a longer usb cable and had exactly the same errors as with the plasma when the spindle was running. It was clear to me that the problem came from the USB cable. Then I exchanged the usb for an ethernet cable and up to now the milling machine and the plasma cutter worked without any problems
