This plastic granulator machine, which only needs 1 or 2 operators to operate, does not take up too much space in the factory. Factory film production wastes are fed directly to the integrated cutter compactor by belt conveyor and nip roller at the same time, without the need for crushing them beforehand.
The cutter compactor ensures that the shrink films are cut, compacted, and fed directly and consistently into the recycling extruder. The hot die face pelletizing system (water ring pelletizing system) on ​​the machine automatically controls the blade speed and pressure, ensuring that homogeneous and uniform-sized pellets are always obtained. Consistent feeding and quality granule cutting, which are crucial for efficient recycling, are made possible with Repro-Flex's smart recycling features; even for less experienced operators.
