Good catch on the stabilizers. The pre-production T-8 aircraft Monogram used for it's 1/48 antique kit had anhedral to them, the Production Frogfoots had dihedral. I was so happy I bought that Squadron Signal book back in the day.
Great job! I have the Zvesda/Eduard Su-25, and your descriptions of problem areas will be a great help when I dig into it. I plan on getting another Zvesda to do a Ukrainian plane as well. Looking at the kit parts, the wheels are indeed odd and the ejection seat is less than stellar, although to be fair, nearly all kits disappoint in these two areas due to molding limitations. Your use of oil paints shows great technique and is something I've been using more and more for aircraft and armor projects.
That Russian Interior Green is a hard one to figure out. It's not a chromate green, it's not equivalent to western Interior Green, and Khaki Green isn't right either. That's an eyeball and color wheel mix.
