@@Plasticstarwars Cool also what did you use the plastic bobbins for? And how did you keep your helmet from being wobbly?

@@marklamas2098 I’ve only made this for display and not for wearing. That said.. I removed the stock head strap and just replaced it with a foam pad. No wobbly issues since.

It fits better than before. The head strap didn’t work that well for me. Somehow it causes the bucket to tip forward all the time.

This is so far the most useful video for improving the fit that I’ve found. My problem is that the side pieces for the inner harness that clip into the helmet squeeze my temples and hurt a lot, but without the harness it’s too loose. I’ll have to give the headphone padding a try! I really like the other modifications you made, too - the repaint looks great and the mouthpiece you put together turned out really cool

You should be able to just pop it out by force.
