A good podcast. Very relevant. However, small things like eyebrow tattoos, cosmetic/permanent makeup, pinker lips and blush and nails are all also part of cosmetic surgery .. hope these were also covered. How safe and lasting they are..

Their is a difference between plastic surgery and botox and fillers... I think these all things should only opt if someone's badly needs it.. not for a fake beauty standard and actor actress ko to bilkul nhi bcoz unka kam hi expression dena wo hi nhi kar payenge thik se to kese chalega
