Today Melissa is going to show you how create another gorgeous dimensional design. She’s going to fill an existing acrylic set and create hybrid nails by building her artwork on top with gel. Watch how she uses plastic wrap to create texture with her gel before adding pigment over the top and encapsulating the design. Finally, she uses her electric file to cut into her gel and reveal the desired look.
