For last 5 to 7years my प्लेटलेट्स काउंट is about 32 thosands only.but don't feel any problem. In bone marrow test thrombocytopinea and erythrocytopinea. Once I visited hematologist then plt count was 1 lacs. I was adviced only folic acid for a month. So many others test was normal.

Sir I have access to good med treatment. Despite good B12 level my platelets are remaining low. For the sake of experiment i tried pepita leaves. Within 48 hours my platelets doubled but after few days again went down.
Plates live only for 14 days but even if you take papaya leaves you need to take papaya leave juice every 14 days, plse ask your doctor. If you want to improve platelets permanently go for a ultra sound scan of your liver and see whether you have fatty liver or liver ciroscis. Not liver L F T test or shot or sgpt test. It may be OK but you may have liver ciroscis. If you have liver scirocis take ursocol 300 after foid once or twice under supervision of a liver gastro doctor

Sir I am suffering the platelets fluctuations for the last six months ranging from 1.30lacs to 49 thousands,70,76,80,71,66,62,57,79,99,60 and 93 thousands on 28th February 2022,. Hello sir...my mom is also of ur age and she also has platelets problems..due to which every 15 days once we give her injection for increasing platelets...sir at ur age this type of platelet reduction is common,don't panic And platlet count till 30,000 is ok..no danger in tht But if it start reducing then 30,000 then u need to first visit a doctor My mom has ITP which is a rare platelet disease which is dangerous,in this the platelets level continuously drops and patient has to be on steroids and injections till the end of life..but atleast thank God tht u don't have problem like my mom...stay healthy stay blessed uncle ji 🙏🏻
Sir Namaskar. I m from odisha. I hv been taking alcohol since 35 years. I m 55 years old. Since 5 years I am drinking moderate, but two months ago I had taken more quantity once. After that liver dysfunction started. In lft test, the remarkable point is sgot 55, in cbc test platelets lowered to 13.5. I m not taking drinks from that day. Still appetite not increasing. Medicine cont: liv 52 ds 2 tab bd n reheptin 1 tab od. What to do more please suggest.
Recently I did platelet count test for an operation of vocal cord, then the count found 84000 - 85000 which brought me to consult hematology ( Dr A Bhave , Mumbai) . As per doctor's overview, the platelets were mostly uncommon and over sized ( they are called Bangal platelets) which reflected the countings. And I never suffered such diseases cause of lacking platelets. The doctor allowed to continue the procedure. Need your opinion sir .
