The M60A1 and M60A2 tanks have good armor and good penetration and have a speed that is not too fast.
The M60A2 tank can use ATGM but is a bit difficult to control. BRADLEY M3 has an ATGM that can shoot 2 bullets at once.
The M247 (AA) is sick enough to kill several tanks from the side. The price for this tank is around 1,500,000 silver coins.
