My man the Dmin7b5 chord is from the minor family and it can always be found on the 7 note name of any major scale:) like for instance here the Dmin7b5 can be thought of as the 7th chord in the Eb major scale, but the function is working as a ii - V - I cadence in which is the cornerstone of Jazz harmony. The notes of the chord are D- F -Ab- C just play this notes and hear the sound it makes.
