@@WhatsUpMOMS I know this has nothing to do with this comment but when I commented on this video, someone said “congrats, you won this give away” something like that. All I want to know if this is true because I’m only 12 years old
My mom did this when I was a little girl. We couldn't afford a Barbie dream house; my mom made one. instead. It was huge like 4ft×6ft. With carpet, lights beaded doorframes, and horse stable. The dollhouse was taller than me! I had to use a step stool. All the neighborhood kids loved it. It was sentimental because my mom made it with love. I dreaded parting with it.
Haha, love it. but let’s be fair… I was definitely doing this instead of making dinner several days… how do you think we got the takeout containers! 😆 We all have our strengths!!! Xoxo Elle
This was so helpful and creative. My 6 yr old neighbour likes to come over and play with my dolls which I have A LOT of since I’m now 11 and don’t use them anymore and I thought I could make a doll house to play with the dolls in. I love it, so cute 😊
Donate to a Children's Library for art piece. Or Childrens Hospital... The joy you have created should be shared. A Nursing Home would love it. Encase in Acrylic for display. Can you just see the Elderly and Children Gasping with delight. Heck!!! Just send it to me. I Love It All and I'm 65 about to start building with my 5 years old Granddaughter. We Are Blessed when we create with what is around us. TFS! GOOD JOB ALL! You have brought Light to us all!!!
I’m very creative too but this inspired me at a whole new level as a project to do with my niece with boxes and recycling with her Barbie dolls. So fun! This would stimulate her creativity, problem solving, add more self esteem and resilience. Love this!👍
This dollhouse is the best one that you ever made for me. It’s like you’re teaching students and kids to have much fun without electricity so that they were playing with the dog house more than their tablets, iPads, and other stuff and thank you for making this❤
Cute doll house. I love that you are working on this together with your kids and that you are recycling stuff. I did things like this with a friend when I was a kid many years ago.
I love these kinds of activities! When I was younger, my favourite "games" we played were building things like this, it really forced me to use my imagination and be creative. Your kids are so sweet, and are so lucky to have such a cool mom ;)
I love it. It's so wonderfully creative. It will give your daughter so much more pleasure knowing that you built it yourselves, and it was so nice to see your son joining in. The plumbing made me laugh but my favourite bit is the spider. Genius. Every house has to have a spider.
The things tour children are learning will help them forever. I would save the creations forever. Just flatten what can be flattened, stack and keep in boxes. These will mean so much in later years.
Elle, this is.. AMAZING! You guys did such a wonderful job. I would never have the time for that, but I just got some boxes laying around my house. Maybe, I’ll make a doll house
You are the coolest most fun people ever! 🥰 This is my first time coming across your channel and I'm subscribing 👍I LOVE doll houses and crafts 🏠I'd much rather make one like this using my imagination than buy one. Thank you so much ❤
Thank you Whitney!!! Big virtual 🤗. Yea, totally got this idea from my kids, they do their own little bedrooms all the time. I never thought to do an episode! Anyway, really appreciate you watching all this time. Xoxo Elle
Hi whatupmoms I loved the house and it inspired me to do my own which turn out great but not as good as yours I love the oven and the bunk beds keep crafting and slaying ❤
Genius! What a wonderful mom you are! I want to do this with my little ones, my older daughter won’t share her Barbie house which results in fights! I don’t think I am think creative though! Good job momma, awesome memories made. ❤
You guys should customize the Barbie dolls as your family and make mini clothes for them! Closet with mini hangers made out of paper clips! So cute 😍😍😍
I never had enough money growing up to get those expensive 100-300 dollar doll houses so this is what i always did. My doll houses where always made of shoe , cereal, Amazon, or any sort of boxes i found. I painted them and bought scrap paper (i was deep in). And my friends were always so jealous and i was always so proud of myself.
I actually started crying during this video because its been one of the first video i have seen in a while. the last video i saw was one of the first day in the lives where tests was so little 😭 it makes me so emotional to see how much they have grown up 😭😭
