There are little bags of clay in front of school. Watch this video for ideas of what to do with the clay. This clay with harden. Be aware that it can be quite fragile.
You can seal it back up in a plastic bag and use it over and over. You can also let your child play with it on a tray and then cover the whole thing with a wet kitchen towel and they can play with the "clay tray" over and over again. One day, add some dinosaurs, or twigs, or beads! It's messy, but can keep little ones engaged for quite sometime!
