I was fortunate enough to see him in kinky boots from the fourth row and it's honestly something I'll never forget. He had such emotion playing this part that I actually forgot he was "brendon urie from panic" if that makes sense. Along with meeting him after the show (which I cried about for like a week) that was hands down one of the best moments of my life.

I went one weekend and sat like 20 rows back and couldn't stop thinking about it once I got back home so I just said screw it and bought a $400 4th row ticket and went to New York by myself and saw it again the very next weekend. No regrets. Honestly, the only thing I really do regret is not seeing it more

Don't know who this man is, but his voice has so much timbre, tone, and is just so effortless. He also looks like he has a lot of charisma and stage presence. I need to now add seeing Kinky Boots to my list!

I love how this song could push the limits of some dudes range, making it really difficult song to sing. However! Brendon sings it as if he’s singing in the shower or something. It seem so natural to him to sing this song.

My favorite brenden Urie story before he was famous he worked at Baskin-Robbins and people would come in and they knew he was a power ballad singer.. they would request ice cream and a song and Brandon would wail for them. I love this man and his talent got that big power ballad voice like Freddie Mercury.
Michael B: his range isn't too impressive. The high notes he hits in this are G naturals. And his upper range is mostly just a belted head voice. Not trying to diminish his abilities, I love panic!, just saying that his vocal style and range is not too difficult to replicate

It is incredibly disrespectful to walk into a big theater in ripped jeans and a shirt with a skeleton on it (like the new tour shirts). Idk, maybe it's just because I do theatre religiously but I find it rude of the audience members to show up not looking like they give a shit about the performance. If people wear panic! merch, then it may give the impression that they don't actually care about Kinky Boots or that they are just there for Brendon, which is so sad because this is such a beautiful show.
I remember being SO shocked that he didnt have a predominantly MT background before panic. So glad he got a big role he absolutely has the voice and presence for one. Hopefully there will be another

Nick Barritt it's pretty obvious lol. He's a nervous guy on stage. That's why he dances around a lot at his shows. Plus he's performing for a small audience of people (probably critics)
Hayden Groover I was saying that you would think he's used to large crowds and you would think he wouldn't be nervous. But even the theatre he's performing at hold like 600 people.
Nick Barritt oh I completely understand what you were trying to say. I didn't mean to sound so hostile lol, but as a performer myself I find it more nerve wracking to perform for a small group of people I'm familiar with than a large group of strangers
Watching this video again makes me want to cry. I never thought that I would get the chance to see Brendon in Kinky Boots. And then it finally happened and I treasure every moment of that day. It was actually my mom who made it happen. I love her so much

I saw him in this show in June 2017 and it was just so. I don’t have words for how incredible it was. I was tearing up from just how much talent and energy there was. I want so badly to find a recording of the show that I saw, the same cast and same energy. I want to relive that exact show and watching bootlegs of other casts just doesn’t do it. He was an incredible casting choice and I hope he chooses to do something like this again someday
It also seems as if he doesn't know what to do with his arms either except extend them exactly like Girls/Girls/Boys. But, I wish I lived in New York cuz I wanna see it so bad. I frickin love Beebo. His voice is literally like getting pulled into heaven
