This beat is so ahead of its time IcyTwat is one of the most underrated and influential of this generation, producer and rapper This beat sounds like it could still easily be used today
Icytwat has way more bro check out his other songs like Nevaland, numb, dirtbags in distress, P Sherman,Everyday, and so on he a has a whole lotta songs 🤝🤝💯
I miss how everything used to be when i found this song we all grown now shit crazy wish all my old homies luck in life that I haven’t talked to in years and everybody reading this 🖤🥂
I remember listening to this everyday my freshman year of highschool. Walking the halls high as fuck to my next class, checkin out the shorties I never had the courage to go up to, and always tryna bring a better fit than everyone else. I’m 15 days away from graduating and all I can do is reminisce, life is a lot more different now but maybe that ain’t such a bad thing. I done came a long waayyy
There is something about this beat y'all... This beat makes me feel some type of way bru. Thinking back to when life was simple and easy. I've been listening to this for 2yrs and it's obvious that this a masterpiece.
I think it's pretty interesting how the sounds in this song are going in all our ears making all of our brains produce chemicals that make us feel nostalgia - we all feel the same feeling but see different memories. Life is special bruh
miss this era, and especially twat's production style back then. rolling hi hats every like 4 bars, reverse crashes, the ambient harmonies, one of my biggest inspirations
@@management7421 i’m saying like they comparing a 6 year difference , people evolve and so does their style , it would get boring if all he made sounded like this . there’s a lot of rappers who get hate on cuz they been sounding the same / haven’t changed
@@gleamyy4452 some people evolve for the best, and others… not so much. He peaked within his “Die Lit” era. After that… everything went down the drain.
Flexin Anthony Ik he’s wack asf rn but he’s getting more recognition by this baby voice tho🤷🏽♂️his name being talked ab more, and some of his old songs are getting up there cuz of these cringe ass tik tokers🤷🏽♂️
I remember 6th grade year. 7 AM walking in the hallways and having this blasting in my beats. Now a senior and still listening to this. This means a lot to me ❤
this style been around 2012-2015 lmao. the growth of social media caught up recently is all and if you’re talking current carti “rick” goth been around before that, you guys just now catching on
Loni lmaoaoaoaoa omg lil girl you need to sit back and chill I’ve been rocking with Jordan ever since In abundance you probably don’t know what that is cuz your a fan girl😂 and I went to rolling loud 🤦♂️ you outta pocket fr fr for this bs
Everytime I feel down about the direction I'm heading in, I come to this song and visual. One of them late nights wondering if things will really work out? This gives me the drive to pick up again! Good music does that to ya!
2015 my first year out of high school. Used to play this song when I used to drive my beat up ass car around 😂 but that’s when shit was lit . 2015/2016 times were some of the best I swear .
@@sergiodominguez831 I had a all white 2000 Honda Civic with a cassette aux cord thing cause the radio was so old it didn’t have a new radio 😂😂 man I know the feeling bro !
I love how the vocals in this track are not as prominent in the mix, its interesting to hear the lead vocals kinda just used as if it was another instrument in the mix and not prioritised over any other instruments. It kinda gives more props to the producer seeing as you're able to focus on the actually beat a lil more.
If Carti kept rapping like this he would’ve been like Somkepurpp. If you want to last and be great in this game you have to evolve. Nigga google Playboi Carti and read his bio
Ima miss this Carti but you know what, he’s doing himself, he’s being himself making music the way he wants and having fun with it, I can’t be mad at that
